All persons, human or legal, have the right to use public information without the need to explain the reason for their request. You may request ARSAT any data contained in documents of any format that this Agency generates, obtains, transforms, controls or keeps, under the terms of Law No. 27,275.
In this regard, there are two processing options:

1. In-person procedure

Submit a request at the offices of our agency: Av. Juan D. Perón 7934, Benavidez PBA, Argentina. CP: B1621BGY Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. On-line procedure

This application can be made via the web by filling out the following form.
Remember to detail the information you need and put your contact information. You will receive a reply within 15 working days. Do not forget to take into account that, under the terms of Law N° 27.275, ARSAT may require another 15 days to finish processing your request, clearly explaining the reasons.

How do I connect to the Internet at home?

In order to have Internet at your home, you should contact an Internet provider in your area.

How can I find out if there is ARSAT optical work coverage in a specific place?

You can find all the towns connected to our Federal Fiber Optic Network in our Open Data Portal.

What is the price per mega of Internet?

We only sell wholesale on the Internet. If you are an Internet provider you can get the information by contacting our sales team by filling out the form in the REFEFO section.

I have a problem with my Internet service, how can I solve it?

If you have a problem with your Internet service at home, you should contact your Internet provider.

I need information about the contracts signed by the Federal Fiber Optic Network, where can I get them?

I need information about the construction service and the cost, can you send it to me?

Information about the Federal Fiber Optic Network is available on our Open Data Portal.

National Data Center

To contract to host service you should contact the commercial area by filling in the form in the Datacenter section.

I would like to know if ARSAT has hosting services and if so, could you send me information?

We provide hosting services, dedicated and shared hosting, only for public organizations, such as the national, provincial and municipal governments, autarchic entities and state-owned companies. If you are part of these organizations, you can write to us by filling out the form in the Datacenter section.

I have a problem with a VSAT satellite antenna service, how can I solve it?

For problems with the VSAT service, you should contact our customer service centre by calling toll free 0800-999-2772.

I work in a school and we want to connect a VSAT satellite antenna, what do we have to do?

The selection of schools connected to satellite Internet is in charge of the National Ministry of Education through its Educ.ar Program. For more information, please call 0800-444-1115.

I have a problem with the VSAT satellite internet antenna service in a rural school, how can I solve it?

To solve problems with the VSAT service you have to contact the Educ.ar Program by calling 0800-444-1115 and you must have the numbers and codes found on the TAC labels available.

Open Digital Television (TDA)

If you have problems viewing open digital television (TDA) channels, you should contact our customer service centre toll-free at 0800-999-2772.

Where can I buy antennas/kits for open digital television (TDA) signals?

We do not currently sell satellite kits or open digital television (TDA) decoders.
